You begin by realizing you are not alone. You can come together with others, like Hagar’s Sisters, and work together to end the cycle of abuse through the transforming power of God.
5 ways to make a difference beginning today
Make A Finacial Gift
Your financial gift helps end the cycle of abuse one story at a time through the transforming power of God.
Give Your Time
Give your time through direct service with the women we serve, preparing mailings, tech support, or explore other opportunities.
Pray
Whether on your own or with a group, pray for safety, God’s provision, and favor for Sisters and their children.
Make a difference and donate financially
Hagar’s Sisters at a pivotal moment in our history. Our online services are available, infrastructure is in place to support future growth, and the intensity of our outreach to women in need is intensifying. We need people who care about the 25 million Christian women experiencing IPA across the United States who don’t have access to services that address the unique questions Christian women face to join us and support our work.
Because Hagar’s Sisters uses the Bible and prays with those that we serve, we do not qualify for most corporate, government, community, and secular foundations. Instead, we rely on funding from Christian Family Foundations, individual gifts, church missions funding and special offerings.
Your generous gift provides compassionate, comprehensive, and Christ-centered education and support to women impacted by domestic violence.

I am concerned about the women, but I give because I the church is not only missing in circumstances of domestic abuse, but often creates additional harm. I want to stand in that gap.
