Hagar’s Sisters’ Referral Program

1. Referral Program Overview

One of the best ways for Hagar’s Sisters to find great talent is through the help of others who are invested in the mission of the organization. If you know someone who would be a fit for a position at Hagar’s Sisters, please let us know – when you refer a candidate, if they are a successful hire, you may receive a generous financial incentive as outlined in the job posting!

2. Who can participate?

To participate in this program, referrers need to be an individual (i.e., not a business entity) and a legal resident of the United States who is at least 18 years of age. After viewing the job posting, review the program terms and conditions below to ensure both you, as the referrer, and your candidate meet the program rules and understand the entire process.

To ensure that your referral is considered for the most appropriate position, we encourage you to provide a resume in Word format and Hagar’s Sisters official job title.

3. How to refer someone

Referral information is submitted via email at careers@hagarssisters.org. Referrals submitted any other way that do not include all required information or that are not properly identified are not eligible for this Program. To be eligible for an external referral payment, you must provide the following at the time of your initial submission:

• Your name and contact information (phone number and email address)
• The potential candidate’s full name
• The potential candidate’s contact information (phone number and email address)
• Your relationship to the potential candidate
• The job title of the opening for which you are referring the candidate
• The potential candidate’s resume (and other documents, if applicable)

Note: One candidate per submittal. If the candidate appears to be a match, we will contact him or her. The referred person must acknowledge that you referred him or her, and then we will ask him or her to apply online through the Hagar’s Sisters careers website. Please read the terms and conditions below before submitting a referral.

4. Who should you refer?

Anyone who meets the qualifications for the job is focused on our mission (feels a calling), and exhibits a deep faith in God.

5. Referral Payment Program

To thank you for sending us referrals, Hagar’s Sisters offers a payment for each successful employee referral hired.  The payment will be paid after the new hire successfully completes 120 days of continuous employment.
